HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
DATE: 5 -4 -89
WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has
been the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington
since December 16, 1983, February 20, 1987, February 26, 1988 &
January 6, 1989 ; and
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the
best interest of the County and the people thereof that said
property be sold; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best
interest to sell SUDDEN VALLEY DIV. #11 LOT 71, SUDDEN VALLEY
DIV.#11 LOT 70, SUDDEN VALLEY DIV. #34 LOT 11, SUDDEN VALLEY DIV#
8 LOT 14, S 60 FT OF N 648 FT GOVT LOT 4 EXC PTN LY WLY OF
ROBERTSON RD -LESS RD IN SEC 23 TWN 38 RNG 1E OF WM. & LOT 3 DIV #2
HORIZON HEIGHTS.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be
allowed under contract and shall be paid in either cash, certified
check, or money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time
of sale; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council,
that public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property,
under said terms, be held on the 1St day of June ,
1989, at 7:00 p.m. , at the County Courthouse Whatcom
County, Washington; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom
County Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.
