RESOLUTION NO. 89 -24
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89 -07, CHANGING THE DATE UPON WHICH
BIDS FOR THE COUNTY'S OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER WILL BE
OFFICIALLY OPENED, READ ALOUD AND CONSIDERED
WHEREAS, it would be in the county's best interest, in order to get the
most complete response from potential bidders, to move the date upon which the
bids for the county's official newspaper will be officially opened, read aloud
and considered from March 14, 1989 to a later date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
resolution no. 89 -07, passed February 8, 1989, will be amended to reflect that
the bids for the official County newspaper will be opened, read aloud and
considered at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 29, 1989, in the Council's conference
room, courthouse second floor, Bellingham.
