RESOLUTION NO. 89-15
A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING AND NOTICE OF
HEARING ON SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 11
WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has
been the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington
since January 6, 1989 and,
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best
interest of the County and the people thereof that said property
be sold; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. RESOLVED that it is in the best
interest to sell Sandy Point Heights, Block 15, Lot 31, except
all oil, gas & mineral rights reserved in Affidavit #919820, for
the minimum price of $813.62, plus costs; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be allowed
under contract and shall be paid in either cash, certified check,
or money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time of
sale'; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a
public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under
said terms, be held on the 6th day of April 9
1989, at 7:00 P.m., at the Whatcom County Courthouse , Whatcom
County, Washington; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County
Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner
prescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.

Dear Ramona:
In reviewing our records we discovered that you had not received the
final Assessment Rolls for R.I.D. No. 8 and L.R.I.D. No. 9
Segregation 89 -1 containing all of legal description information.
Attached please find two copies of R.I.D. No. 8 and L.R.I.D. No. 9
for your information and transmittal to any appropriate agencies of the
County government.
In addition we have enclosed the following inserts to replace pages
currently in the copies for segregation 89 -2 as outlined below:
In R.I.D. No. 8, parcel 7, replace all the pages currently in 89 -1;
In R.I.D. No. 8, parcel 10, our insert pages will replace only the
"remaining portion" pages currently in 89 -1;
In L.R.I.D. No. 9, parcel 12, our insert pages will replace all of the
pages for parcel 12 currently in 89 -1;
In L.R.I.D. No. 9, parcel 13, our insert pages will replace only the
"remaining portion" pages currently in 89 -1.
