1 RESOLUTION NO. 89 -10
2 A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING AND NOTICE OF
HEARING ON SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
3 REQUEST NO. 8
4 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has
6 been the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington
8 since February 20, 1987 and,
7 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best
8 interest of the County and the people thereof that said property
9
be sold; and,
10
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best
11
interest to sell Sudden Valley Division 22 Lot 306 for the
12
minimum price of $940.85, plus costs, and further in this sale
13.
transferring mineral rights, Sudden Valley Division 22'Lot 307
14
for the minimum price of $777.46, plus costs and further in this
15
sale transferring mineral rights and Sudden Valley Division 5 Lot
16
40 for the minimum price of $881.03, plus costs, and further in
17
this sale transferring mineral rights; and,
18
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be allowed
19
nder contract and shall be paid in either cash, certified check,
20
r money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time of
21
ale; and,

23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a

ublic hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under
aid terms, be held on the 16th day of March
989, at 7:00 p.m., at the Whatcom County Courthouse , Whatcom
ounty, Washington; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County
ouncil shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner
rescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.
