A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING AND NOTICE OF
3 HEARING ON SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 6

WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has

been the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington
6
since February 20, 1987 and,
7
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best
8
interest of the County and the people thereof that said property
9
10 be sold; and,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best
12 interest to sell Sudden Valley Division #14 Lot 123 for the
13, minimum price of $812.61, plus costs, and further in this sale
14 transferring mineral rights; and, Sudden Valley Division #29 Lot
16 52 for the minimum price of $917.04, plus costs, and further in
16 this sale transferring mineral rights; and Sudden Valley Division
17 #13 Lot 103 for the minimum price of $750.70, plus costs, and
18 further in this sale transferring mineral rights;
19 ..BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be allowed
20 nder contract and shall be paid in either cash, certified check,
21 or money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time of
22 sale; and,
23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a
24 public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under
2� said terms, be held on the 16th day of February ,
26 1989, at p.m., at the Courthouse Council Chambers,Whatcom
27 County, Washington; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County
28
Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner
29
prescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.
