NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council: That Project No. 97512 is formally established for the Overflow Channel Improvements to Glacier Creek at Mount Baker Rim. The contract for this project is awarded to Strider Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of their bid of $105,000.00. and - An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the pur- poses shown: PURPOSE AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION Engineering 3,500.00 Construction , Construction Engineering, 11,500.00 Testing and Contingency TOTAL $120,000.00 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with RCW 36.77.020 et. seq.
