6 SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY

VNEREAS, the following described property is now, and
9
has been the property of the County of Whatcom, State of
10
Washington
11
since August 31, 1989; and
12
MBEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the
13
best interest of the County and the people thereof that said
14
property be sold; and,
15
WBEREAS, the Whatcom County Engineering, Public Works,
16
Parks, Planning, and Assessor Departments were contacted and
17
expressed no interest in retaining these properties for County
18
use;
19
NOW, TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that It is in the best
20
interest to sell

Parcel 0 400522- 230250, for the minimum price of $3130.95, plus
22
costs,

Parcel 4 400522- 251248, for the minimum price of $3130.95, plus
24
costs,

Parcel 0 400522- 245227, for the minimum price of $4477.36, plus

costs,

Parcel 0 380310 - 491127, for the minimum price of $2346.86, plus

and further in this sale transferring all mineral rights; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be

allowed under contract and shall be paid in either cash,

certified check, or money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer

at the time of sale; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council,
41
that public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property,
42
under said terms, be held on the 25th day of September
43
1990, at 7 p. m. , at the County Hearing Room,
44
1000 N. Forest St_ Whatcom County, Washington; and
45
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom
46
County Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner
47 prescribed by 1aw under R. C. W. 36. 34. 0300
