SUMMARY STATEMENT.•
*This resolution sets the hearing onithe comprehensive six year road program (from 1991
through 1996) for June 26, 1990. Engineering is in the process of preparing the program.

RESOLUTION NO. 90- 41
RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE HEARING ON
WHATCOM COUNTY'S SIX -YEAR COMPREHENSIVE ROAD PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.81.121, the Whatcom County Council shall
prepare a comprehensive road program for the ensuing six calendar years, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a public hearing of this road program, the Council shall
adopt and file . the same with the Director of Highways, and
WHEREAS, a. road program for the years 1991 through 1996 is being prepared
by the County Engineer and will be submitted to the Council by June 1, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
the date of June 26, 1990 at 7:00 p.m., be set for the hearing of Whatcom County's Six-
Year Comprehensive Road Program.
