Resolution directing the Whatcom County Treasurer not to sell
certificates of delinquency for 1989 and prior years

SUMMARY STATEMENT.•
This resolution will prevent the sale of individual certificates
of delinquency and will cover all years that may be delinquent
at this time.
RECOMMENDED ACTION.•
The Treasurer recommends that the resolution be passed.

9 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council is required by RCW 84.64.010 to
10 determine whether or nul (certificates of Delinquency should be sold for delinquent real
11 property taxes or whether or not the County should further carry said delinquent to ;es
12 on its books; and

15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT �RFi>'OL EL by the. Whatcom County Council, that
16 the Whatcom -CD directed not to sell Certificates of Delinquency
17 for. - Ielinquunt real property taxes until further notice and is therefore directed to further
8 carry such delinquencies on the books of Whatcom County, all pursuant to RCW
19 84.64.010.
