SUMMARY STATEMENT.•
The 1990 annual road construction program has as Project No. 19 this overlay of three
miles of the Hannegan Road from Bakerview to Smith Road. It is to be paid with all
local funds and is in the 1990 Road budget. This is part of our program to upgrade
and make the Hannegan an all- weather road.
RECOMMENDED ACTION.•
Award of bid to the low bidder, Wilder Construction Co. in the amount of $447,790.00
including taxes.

ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 99190
AND THE AWARD OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE STRUCTURAL OVERLAY
OF HANNEGAN ROAD
WHEREAS, this project is a part of the officially adopted 1990 Annual Road
Program in accordance with RCW 36.81.130 as Item No. 19.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 99190 is formally established for the Structural overlay of
Hannegan Road, and the contract for this project is awarded to WILDER
CONSTRUCTION CO. in the amount of their bid of $447,790.00 including taxes.
An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on
the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the pur-
poses shown:
