SUMMARY STATEMENT.•
The 1991 annual construction program as Project No. 5, the replacement of Rock Road Bridge No. 328
over Saar Creek. This project is to be paid for with local and federal aid bridge replacement (BROS)
funds. This project will provide a reinforced concrete bridge to replace existing, badly deteriorated
wooden structure. Nine bids were received; the low bid was received from Davidson Enterprises for
$124,120.

AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
REPLACEMENT OF ROCK ROAD BRIDGE NO. 328

WHEREAS, this project is a part of the officially adopted 1991 Annual
Road Program in accordance with RCW 36.81.130 as Item No. 5
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 99181 is formally established for the Replacement of Rock Road
Bridge No. 328 over Saar Creek. The contract for this project is awarded to

the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
