A Sheriff patrol sedan has•;been damaSed in an accident so that it is beyond
cost effective repair. If declared surplus, the vehicle will be sold as
is to the highest bidder be sealed bid.

RESOLUTION NO. 91 -080
A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE
SALE OF WHATCOM COUNTY SURPLUS PROPERTY
PURSUANT. TO WCC 1.10
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 8, 1991 to discuss the
sale of Whatcom County property; and
WHEREAS, It was determined to be in the best interest of Whatcom
County to sell a wrecked 1991 Chevrolet Caprice four -door police
patrol sedan, serial number 1G1BL5379MR132674; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
such property shall be sold at public sale by award to the highest
responsive and responsible bidder, following an advertised call for
sealed bids.
