S_.JMARY STATEMENT:
This resolution sets the hearing on the proposed sale of county tax title
property. Request number 64. The property in question is:
Parcel *400521- 513315, Campers Paradise, Division 2, Lot 10.
ORIGINATOR'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommend the council approve the resolution and set the hearing.

5 HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
6 SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
7 REQUEST NO. 64
8 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been
9 the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington since
10 January 1989; and
11 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County council does deem it in the best
12 interest of the County and the people thereof that said property. be
13 sold; and,
14 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee has
15 recommended the sale of the subject property at no less than seventy
16 five percent of its assessed value;
17 WHEREAS, the assessed value of said property is $3750.00 and
18 seventy five percent of the assessed value is $2812.50;
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest
20 to sell Parcel #400521- 513315 for the recommended minimum price of
21 $2812.50, plus costs, and further in this sale transferring all mineral
22 rights; and,
2? BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be allowed
2s under contract and shall be paid in either cash, certified check, or
25 money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time of sale; and,
26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that
27 public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under said
26 terms, be held on the 5th day of November 1991, at
29 7 p.m., at the Meeting Room, 1000 N. Forest Whatcom County,
30 Washington; and
31 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County
32 Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by
33 law under R.C.W. 36.34. 030.
