An on -site public auction has been tentatively scheduled for Saturday, January 30. The County Council will determine, following a public hearing, whether or not it is in the best interest of the people of Whatcom County to sell such personal property. ORIGINATOR'S RECOMMENDED ACTION: Hold a public hearing and, if appropriate, resolve to sell the property.
