ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 99215
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR INTERSECTION
SIGNALIZATION - SR -539 AT LAUREL ROAD
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted annual road
program as Item No. 7.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 99215 is formally established for the Intersection Signalization -
SR -539 at Laurel Road and
The contract for this project is awarded to UDL, Inc. in the amount of their
bid of $105,971.00; and
An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on
the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the pur-
poses shown:
