SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This resolution sets the hearing on the proposed sale of county tax title property. Request
number 73. The property in question is:
Parcel #400131- 031326 -0234, Cabana Club Condominium Unit: 203 -Undiv 1/48 Int in TSU L -24.

5 HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
6 SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
7 REQUEST NO. 73
e WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been
9 the property of the County of Whatcom, State of Washington since
10 January 1992;. and
11 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best
12 interest of the County and the people thereof that said property be
13 sold; and,
14 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee has
15 recommended the sale of the subject property at no less than $500.00;
16 HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest
17 to sell Parcel #400131- 031326 -0234 for the recommended minimum price of
18 $500.00, plus costs, and further in this sale transferring all mineral
19 rights; and,
20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said price shall not be allowed
21 under contract and shall be paid in either cash, certified check, or
22 money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the time of sale; and,
2. HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that
24 public hearing on the matter of the sale of said property, under said
25 terms, be held on the 11th day of August 1992, at
26 7 :00 p. m. , at the Matcom ounty Council Chambers Whatcom County;
27 Washington; and
28 HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County
29 Council shall give Notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by
30 law under R.G.W. 36.34. 030.
