Summary -- The 1992 Annual Construction Program has as Project No. 4, the Structural
overlay of Haxton Way from Balch Road to Finkbonner. This project is to
be paid for with Local and State (REET) funds.
ORIGINATOR'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Award of bid to the low bidder, Wilder Construction Company in the
amount of $ 331,774.00 including taxes.

ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 99220
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE STRUCTURAL OVERLAY OF
HAXTON WAY
WHEREAS, this project is included-in the officially adopted annual road
program as Item No. 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 99220 is formally established for the Structural Overlay of Haxton
Way and
The contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Co. in
the amount of their bid of $331,774.00; and
An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on
the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the pur-
poses shown:
