Summary -- The 1992 Annual Construction Program has as Project No. 6, the Structural
overlay of Slater Road between Lake Terrell Road and Haxton Way. This
project is to be paid for with Local and State (CAPP) funds.

Award of bid to the low bidder, Wilder Construction Co. in the
amount of $459,607.00 including taxes.

ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 99221
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE-STRUCTURAL OVERLAY OF
SLATER ROAD
WHEREAS, this project is includedin the officially adopted annual road
program as Item No. 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 99221 is formally established for the Structural Overlay of Slater
Road and
The contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Company in
the amount of their bid of $459,607.00; and
An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on
the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the pur-
poses shown:
