SUMInMy-r The 1992 Annual Construction Program has as Project No. 2, the reconstruction
of Haynie /Delta Line /W. Badger Roads. This project is to be paid for with
Local funds. Bituminous surfacing for this project will be applied by
County forces as part of the 1992 oiling program.
ORIGINATOR'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Award of bid to low bidder, Wilder Construction Company, in the amount
of $728,185.00.

ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 99196
AND THE-AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF
HAYNIE /DELTA LINE/ W.-BADGER ROADS -
WHEREAS, this project is included--in the officially adopted annual road
program as Item No. 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 99196 is formally established for the Reconstruction of
Haynie /Delta Line /W. Badger Roads and
The contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Company in
the amount of their bid of $728,185.00; and
An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on
the County Engineer's estimatt is hereby made in the amounts and for the pur-
poses shown:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the construction is to be accomplished by
contract in-accordance with RCW 36.77.020 et. seq., and the bituminous surfacing
