1 RESOLUTION NO. 92 -012
2 TO APPOINT ROBERT IMHOF AS THE WHATCOM COUNTY
3 REPRESENTATIVE ON THE NORTHWEST AIR POLLUTION AUTHORITY
4 BOARD FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 1991 TO DECEMBER 31, 1993.
5 WHEREAS, the State law has changed to require board appointments for four years;
6 WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the County to have representation on this Board.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
8 Robert Imhof be appointed as the representative from Whatcom County on the Northwest
9 Air Pollution Authority Board from July 1, 1991 to December 31, 1993.
