NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That contract for this project is awarded to Petersen. Brothers, Inc. in the amount of
their bid of $99,862.82; and
An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the
County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
