The 1993 Annual Construction Program has as Project No. 23, the Intersection Signalization
of Hannegan Road at East Bakervi.ew Road. This project will be paid for with Federal
Hazard Elimination Program funds, State TIB funds, REET funds, and local funds.
ORIGINATOR'S RECOMMENDED ACTION.•
Award of bid to the lowest bidder, Wilder Construction Company in the amount of
$251,952.10.

2 ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 992233
3 AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE INTERSECTION SIGNALIZATION
4 OF HANNEGAN ROAD AT EAST BAKERVIEW ROAD
5 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program as
6 Item No. 23.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
8 CRP 992233 is formally established for the intersection signalization of Hannegan Road at East
9 Bakerview Road.
10 The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Comany in the amount
11 of their bid of $251,952. 10.
12 Preliminary Engineering $17,000.00
13 Right -of -way Acquisition 55,000.00
14 'Subtotal $75,000.00
