In the summer of 1993 it was removed, replaced with a permanent 60 mil liner, and stockpiled at the Cedarville site. bert 7urica, Solid Waste Manager, is requesting that it be declared surplus so that it may be sold by sealed bid. ORIGINATOR'S RECOMMENDED ACTION. Hold a pubic hearing and, if appropriate, resolve to sell the property. COMMITTEE ACTION TAKEN.
