ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 992216
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR RECONSTRUCTION
OF BIRCH POINT ROAD - FROM M.P. 0.53 TO M.P. 1.04
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program as Item No. 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 992216 is formally established for the Reconstruction of Birch Point Road - from M.P. 0.53 to
M.P. 1.04.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Friberg Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of their bid
of $320,380.00; and
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County Engineer's
estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
