10 A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE
11 SALE OF WHATCOM COUNTY SURPLUS PROPERTY
12 PURSUANT TO WCC 1.10

14 WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 13th 1993 to
15 discuss the sale of Whatcom County property; and
16
17 WHEREAS, It was determined to be in the best interest of Whatcom
18 County to sell a fire - damaged 1985 Chevrolet Impala four -door sedan
19 and a wrecked 1986 Chevrolet half -ton pickup truck;
20
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
22 such property shall be sold at.public sale by award to the highest
23 responsive and responsible bidder, following an advertised call for
24 sealed bids.
