Resolution congratulates the County Engineer for receiving the Certificate of Good Practice from CRAB which
assures the continued distribution of the monthly state gas tax allotment from the Office of the State Treasurer.

1 RESOLUTION NO. 93 -041
2 RECOGNIZING THE AWARD OF THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION
3 BOARD (CRAB) CERTIFICATE OF GOOD PRACTICE
4 TO THE WHATCOM COUNTY ENGINEER
5 WHEREAS, the County Road Administration Board approved a resolution at its
6 meeting on May 4, 1993;
7 WHEREAS, a Certificate of Good Practice has been transmitted to the State
8 Treasurer on behalf of Whatcom County pursuant to the authority contained in RCW
9 36.78.090;
10 WHEREAS, the award of this certificate assures the continued distribution of your
11 monthly state gas tax allotment from the Office of the State Treasurer;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that the
13 Whatcom County Engineer and his staff be congratulated for the hard work and diligence
4 that resulted in the awarding in the Certificate of Good Practice.
