The 1993 annual construction program has as project number nine, the Structural Overlay of
'Irch Bay - Lynden Road, Delta Line to Enterprise. This project will be paid for with local
.nds and State CAPP funds.

Award of bid to the lower bidder, Wilder Construction Company, in the amount of
$432,904.00.

ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 992235
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR STRUCTURAL OVERLAY
OF BIRCH BAY - LYNDEN ROAD
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program as Item No. 9.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 992235 is formally established for the Structural Overlay of Birch Bay - Lynden Road, Delta Line
Road to Enterprise Road.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Company in the amount of their bid of
$432,904.00; and
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County Engineer's
estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
