Summary—
The 1993 annual construction program has as project number eight, the Replacement of
Lindsay Road Bridge. This project will be paid for with Federal Bridge Replacement
Program (BROS) funds (80%) and with local funds (20%).
ORIGINATOR'S RECOMMENDED ACTION.-
Award of bid to the lowest bidder, JIJ Corporation, in the amount of $190,645.

RESOLUTION NO. 93 -026
ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 992213
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR REPLACEMENT
OF LINDSAY ROAD BRIDGE
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted
annual road program as Item N04 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council.
That CRP - 992213 is formally established for the Replacement of
Lindsay Road Bridge.
The contract for this project is awarded to J13 Corporation in
the amount of their bid of $190,645.00.
An, appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget
and based on the County Engineer's estimate;is hereby made in the
amounts and for the purposes shown:
