This transaction is part of the larger county -wide land exchange with the Trillium Corporation. This resolution, with the accompanying application for reconveyance, will allow the reconveyance to proceed, fulfill the legislative requirement of county ownership of a majority of the recently traded forest board lands, and thus release the appropriated funds to State Parks for the purchase of other portions of the Chuckanut property.
