The County Council will determine, following a public hearing, whether or not it is in the best interest of the people of Whatcom County to sell such personal property. Related File Numbers: Ordinance or Resolution Number (this item only): R93 -002 1 INTRODUCED BY: Consent 2 3 PROPOSED BY: Purchasing 4 5 INTRODUCTION DATE: 12/17/92 6 7 RESOLUTION NO. 93 -002 8 9 A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE 10 SALE OF WHATCOM COUNTY SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY 11 FROM THE NOR -BELL FACILITY 12 PURSUANT TO WCC 1.10 13 14 WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 12, 1993 to discuss 15 the sale of Whatcom County property;
