1 RESOLUTION NO. 95 -031
2 PRIORITIZING WHATCOM COUNTY PROJECTS
3 FOR THE WASHINGTON COMMUNITY ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION TEAM
4 (WA -CERT)
5 WHEREAS, the Washington Community Economic Revitalization Team (WA -CERT
6 has established pre - application requirements for proposals under the President's Economic
7 Adjustment Initiative for timber impacted communities; and
8 WHEREAS, these pre - application requirements mandate that the County pass a
9 resolution establishing numerical priorities for proposals submitted to WA -CERT for 1995
10 funding consideration; and
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that the
12 recommended prioritization be as follows:
