'O UNCIL ACTION TAKEN. 1/10/95: Approved 7 -0 'elated File Numbers: Ordinance or Resolution Number (this item only): RES 95 -006 INTRODUCED BY: Consent PROPOSED BY: DATE INTRODUCED: RESOLUTION NO. 95 -006 A RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF THE SALE OF WHATCOM COUNTY SURPLUS PROPERTY AND THE SETTING OF A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING THEREON PURSUANT TO WCC 1.10 WHEREAS, a wrecked 1991 Chevrolet Caprice Sheriff patrol sedan is the property of Whatcom County; and WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Purchasing Manager has determined that it is in the best interest of the County to sell such property, and has set its value at an amount less than $1,000; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that a public hearing on the matter of the sale of such property be held on the day of , 1994, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, in the Whatcom County Council Chambers in the County Courthouse in Bellingham, Washington, for the purpose of admitting testimony for and against the propriety of selling such equipment; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of.the County Council is directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law.
