2 HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
3 SALE OF COUNTY TAX -TITLE PROPERTY
4 REQUEST NO. 95 -1
5 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property of the
6 County of Whatcom, State of Washington since January 5, 1989 and dates prior; and
7 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the County
8 and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
9 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee has recommended the
10 sale of the subject properties at no less than the recommended minimum bid amounts indicated below;
11 and,
12 WHEREAS, the legal descriptions for.the subject parcels are listed in the attached "Exhibit
3 A ", and the assessed value, taxes and foreclosure costs, and recommended minimum bids are as

NOW, THEREFORE, BE
IT RESOLVED
that it is in the best
interest of the County to

sell these parcels for the recommended
minimum
prices above, plus costs, and further in this sale
26
transferring all mineral rights; and,
27 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said prices shall not be allowed under contract and
28 shall be paid in either cash, cashier's check, or money order to the Whatcom County Treasurer at the
29 time of sale; and,

30 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing on
31 the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the day of , 1995,
2 at p.m., at the , Whatcom County, Washington; and,
33 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
34 Notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under R.C.W. 36.34.030.
