1 RESOLUTION NO. 95-003
2 CANCELLING UNCOLLECTIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
3 WHEREAS, RCW 84.56.240 requires that the Treasurer present the County
4 Auditor with a list of uncollectible personal property taxes, for delivery to the Whatcom
5 County Council; and
6 WHEREAS, the County Auditor did receive the document as required; and
7 WHEREAS, Council action is required to formally cancel the uncollectible
8 personal property taxes;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
10 the list of uncollectible personal property taxes, attached hereto as Exhibit A, are hereby
11 cancelled.
