Resoltuion 94 -059 was approved by Council on 12/13/94. It included the meeting date of July 4 which is
holiday. This resolution deletes the July 4 meeting date and includes July 18 as a meeting date.

RESOLUTION NO. 95 -001
AMENDING RESOLUTION 94-059 ESTABLISHING DATES FOR 1995
COUNTY COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, the Council has established the first, second and fourth Tuesday of
every month as its regular meeting dates; and
WHEREAS, it is the Council's policy to schedule breaks at the end of August
(summer vacation) and December (holidays); and
WHEREAS, in the month of November the Council regularly schedules a meeting
on the third Tuesday of the month in order to take testimony on the budget proposed for
the following fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the first meeting in July 1995 falls on a legal holiday; and
WHEREAS, all departments should plan to schedule items accordingly to avoid
the need for special meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
the schedule of meetings for 1995 adopted in Resolution 94 -059 shall be amended as
follows:
January 3, 10 and 24
February 7, 14 and 28
March 7, 14 and 28
April 4, 11 and 25
May 2, 9 and 23
June 6, 13 and 27
July 4, 11; ` and 25
August 1 and 8
September 5, 12 and 26
October 3, 10 and 24

November 7, 14 and 28
` December 5 and 12
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution will be sent to
every department and division of County government, in order to be posted and
circulated among employees.
