Supplemental Budget Ordinance No. 14 adds appropriation to the following budgets:
1) The supplemental request for the Current Expense Fund, Superior Court, appropriates $50,000 from fund balance
pay for anticipated contract expenses, for remainder of the year, on two annual contracts: Conflict contract $27,000 and
Guardian ad litem contract $23,000.
2) The supplemental request for the Current Expense Fund, Juvenile Court Administration, appropriates $42,800 from
monies received from Washington State, for contracted services incurred in the Commitment Alternative Program, due
to an increase in population served.

ORDINANCE NO. 95 -069
AMENDMENT NO. 14 TO THE 1995 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 1995 budget was adopted December 1, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 1995 budget; - .
and,
WHEREAS, those modifications have been assembled here for deliberation by the
Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
1995 Whatcom County budget ordinance 94 -073 is hereby amended by adding the following
amounts to the fund included therein:
Current Expense Fund:
Superior Court 70,000
Juvenile Court Administration 3,000
Total Supplemental 73.000
