Supplemental Budget Ordinance No. 10 adds appropriation to the following budget:
? supplemental request for the Health Fund appropriates $60,525 from Washington State Department of Health
Asolidated Contract to provide continued funding for several local capacity development programs funded through
December 31, 1995. No additional FTE's are required and an alloetation of ten percent for overhead has been included.

2 AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO THE 1995 BUDGET

4 WHEREAS, the 1995 budget was adopted December 1, 1994; and,

6 WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 1995
7 budget; and,

9 WHEREAS, those modifications have been assembled here for deliberation by the
10 Whatcom County Council.

12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
13 1995 Whatcom County budget ordinance 94 -073 is hereby amended by adding the following
14 amounts to the fund included therein:
