Supplemental Budget Ordinance No. 8 adds appropriation to the following budget:
supplemental request for the Lake Management District #1 Fund appropriates $13,531 from unreserved fund equity
:;appropriate funds for the balance on a 1994 construction contract that was inadvertently left off of continuing
appropriation requests. This contract ( #9409015), with One Way Construction, is for the Friday Creek Detention
Structure and Channel Cleaning. The balance of the contract at year -end was $13,530.95. The work on this will be
completed in 1995.

2 AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE 1995 BUDGET

4 WHEREAS, the 1995 budget was adopted December 1, 1994; and,

6 WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 1995
7 budget; and,

9 WHEREAS, those modifications have been assembled here for deliberation by the
10 Whatcom County Council.

12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
13 1995 Whatcom County budget ordinance 94 -073 is hereby amended by adding the following
14 amounts to the fund included therein:
