Supplemental Budget Ordinance No. 4 adds appropriation to the budget for Courthouse Expansion Fund, in the amount
of $2,045,365, to provide appropriation to pay negotiated settlement of outstanding courthouse construction claims and
,rovide for reimbursement of Tort Fund for costs incurred closing out the Courthouse Construction Project and
A._6otiating a settlement with courthouse contractors.

AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE 1995 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 1995 budget was adopted December 1, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 1995
budget; and,
WHEREAS, those modifications have been assembled here for deliberation by the
Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
1995 Whatcom County budget ordinance 94 -073 is hereby amended by adding the following
amount to the project' included therein:
