INTRODUCTION DATE: 2/14/95
ORDINANCE NO. 9 5-012
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING INSTALLING STOP SIGNS
ON CERTAIN COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, in compliance with RCW 46.61.200 and 47.36.110, it is found
necessary and expedient to modify traffic control signs on certain County Roads; and
WHEREAS, an engineering study was conducted by the County Engineer's office;
and it is found that conditions warrant intersectional control modification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that
intersectional traffic control be modified at the following locations:
Install a stop sign southbound on Cypress Drive at Bellaire Way; within Section
27, Township 39 North, Range 2 East, W.M.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Engineer is hereby directed to
install the appropriate signs and that the Whatcom County Sheriff and the Washington
State Patrol be notified by a copy of this ordinance.
10.16.
Provisions of this ordinance are hereby added to Whatcom County Code, Section
ADOPTED this 7th day of March '1995.
