(1) To appropriate $160, 000 to Operating Transfer Out (ADS - Facilities) to
demolish old jail at Smith & Northwest;
(2) To appropriate $126, 619 to Operating Transfer Out (ADS - Facilities) ) to
replace five underground fuel storage tanks at Courthouse and Smith &
Northwest sites,
(3) To appropriate $10,435.04 to Operating Transfer Out (ADS- Facilities) for
Council Chamber Work Station
(4) To appropriate $8,138.90 to Operating Transfer Out (ADS Facilities) for
repair of Courthouse roof

ORDINANCE NO. 99 -048
AMENDMENT NO. 7 OF THE 1999 BUDGET
amended
WHEREAS, the 1999 budget was adopted November 24, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 1999 budget;
and,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 1999
Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #98 -081 is hereby amended by adding the following
additional amounts to the budgets included therein:
