HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 99 -2
1 WHEREAS, the following described property; with the exception of parcel 390708-
2 187327 -0000, is now, and has been the property of the County of Whatcom, State of
3 Washington since December 9,1993, and parcel 390708 - 187327 -0000 is now and has been
4 the property of the County since December 5, 1996 and,
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the
6 County and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
7 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
8 sale of the subject property;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to
10 sell as one lot:

19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council, that a public hearing on
20 the matter of the sale of said property, under said terms, be held on the 21 day of September
21 1999, at 7 p.m., at the County Council Chambers , Whatcom County, Washington;
22 and,
23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
24 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
