HEARING AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SALE OF COUNTY TAX TITLE PROPERTY
REQUEST NO. 99 -1
1 WHEREAS, the following described property is now, and has been the property of the
2 County of Whatcom, State of Washington since: as noted per parcel below and,
3 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council does deem it in the best interest of the
4 County and the people thereof that said property be sold; and,
5 WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Property Management Committee recommends the
6 sale of the subject property;
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is in the best interest of the County to

30 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Whatcom County Council shall give
31 notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law under RCW 36.34.030.
