NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council: That CRP 999001 is formally established for the Structural Overlay of Haxton Way from Balch Road to Kwina Road. The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Co. in the amount of their bid of $ 1,000,952.00.
