RESOLUTION NO. 99 -002
CANCELLING UNCOLLECTIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
WHEREAS, RCW 84.56.240 requires that the Treasurer present the County Auditor with
a list of uncollectible personal property taxes, for delivery to the Whatcom County Council; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor did receive the document as required; and
WHEREAS, Council action is required to formally cancel the uncollectible personal
property taxes;
]VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that the list
of uncollectible personal property taxes, attached hereto as Exhibit A, are hereby cancelled.
APPROVED this 12 day of Jan., 1999.
