2 ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 996012
3 AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR STRUCTURAL OVERLAY OF
4 BRITTON ROAD, BELLINGHAM CITY LIMITS TO SR -542
5 WHEREAS, This project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program
6 as alternate item number 7.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that
8 CRP 996012 is formally established for the Structural Overlay of Britton Road, Bellingham
9 City Limits to SR -542. The Contract for this project is awarded to Whatcom Builders Inc.
10 in the amount of their bid of $238,996.00.
11 An appropriation from the officially adopted Road fund budget and based on the
12 County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes
13 shown:
