2 ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 992147
3 AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF
4 LAKE WHATCOM BLVD., (M.P. 2.54 to M.P. 3.00)
5 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program as
6 Item No. 14.
7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that CRP
8 992147 is formally established for the Reconstruction of Lake Whatcom Blvd., (M.P. 2.54 to
9 M.P. 3.00). The Contract for this project is awarded to One Way Construction, Inc. in the
10 amount of their bid of $1,081,867.20.
11 An appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
12 Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
