1 RESOLUTION NO. 96 -036
2 WITHDRAWING THE MILL WHEEL MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY FROM THE
3 SERVICE AREA OF WHATCOM COUNTY WATER DISTRICT NO. 10
4 WHEREAS, during their regular public meeting of April 24, 1996, the commissioners of
5 Water District No. 10 approved a petition to withdraw the Mill Wheel Mobile. Home Community
6 and the residence at 3904 Idaho Street from the service area of Whatcom County Water District
7 No. 10; and
8 WHEREAS, a written petition designating the proposed territory to be withdrawn has
9 been signed by all of owners of land within said territory and submitted to the Whatcom County
10 Council for approval as required by RCW 56.28.010;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Whatcom County Council hereby
12 approves the withdrawal of the 63 southern lots of the Mill Wheel Mobile Home Community and
13 the residence at 3904 Idaho Street from the service area of Whatcom County Water District No.
14 10.
