Road. This project will be paid for with local and State funds.

Recommend establishment of CRP 996001, the Structural Overlay of Everson - Goshen Road and approval of
award of contract to the lowest bidder, Wilder Construction, in the amount of $ 479,108.00.

ESTABLISHING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 996001
AND THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR STRUCTURAL OVERLAY OF
EVERSON- GOSHEN RD.
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted Annual Road Program
as Item No. 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP 996001 is formally established for Structural overlay of Everson - Goshen
Rd.
The Contract for this project is awarded to Wilder Construction Inc. in-the amount
of their bid of $ 479,108.00.
Preliminary Engineering 20,000
Right of Way 0
Subtotal 20.000
Construction $479,108
Construction Engineering $30,000
Total $529,108
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the construction is to be accomplished by
Contract in accordance with RCW 36.77.020 et. seq.
