Ordinance or Resolution Number (this item only): Res. #96 -011 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 tvamenases 1/31/96 SPONSORED BY: Consent PROPOSED BY: WDTRID# 1 Board INTRODUCTION DATE: 2/6/96 RESOLUTION NO. 96 -011 AMENDING RESOLUTION #95 -069, DISSOLVING WHATCOM COUNTY TELEVISION RECEPTION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #1 WHEREAS, on October 17,1995 the Whatcom County Council approved Resolution #95 -069, dissolving Whatcom County Television Reception Improvement District #1; and WHEREAS, Resolution #95 -069 did not address the transference of the remaining funds and outstanding assessments of the District; and WHEREAS, it has been brought to the Council's attention by the Whatcom County Treasurer that this issue must be addressed. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that Resolution #95 -069 is amended as outlined in "Exhibit A" to this resolution. APPROVED this 6— day of Fahrnar , 1996.
